The Housing Partner Federal and Local
Agencies Can Rely On
ULDG Housing works directly with VA medical centers, HUD Public Housing Authorities, and state housing agencies to place stable veterans into licensed, supervised group homes — fast, compliant, and accountable.
Built to Work Within Your Program's Requirements
Veteran housing isn't one program — it's several. We've structured ULDG Housing to work inside each of these, not around them.
VA Community Residential Care (CRC)
For veterans who are medically and psychiatrically stable and benefit from a supervised living environment. We work directly with VAMC CRC coordinators as an approved sponsor home.
VA Grant & Per Diem (GPD)
Transitional housing coordination for homeless veterans. We're building toward GPD eligibility and welcome early conversations with GPD program offices.
HUD-VASH / Public Housing Authorities
We participate as a landlord partner for veterans holding HUD-VASH vouchers, meeting NSPIRE inspection standards and standard PHA lease terms.
State Medicaid HCBS / Licensing Agencies
Our homes operate under state residential care licensure, with a path to Medicaid HCBS waiver enrollment for ongoing resident support.
From First Contact to Placement — Four Steps
1. Submit an Agency Partner Inquiry
Tell us about your agency and the population you serve (short form below).
2. Intake Call with Our Team
We confirm program fit, service area, and current capacity together.
3. Secure Referral Access
Verified partner agencies receive a link to our full Referral Intake Form, used only for real, in-process referrals.
4. Coordinated Placement
We stay in contact with your case manager through move-in and beyond.
We don't collect applicant health, safety, or eligibility information through this page. That happens only through our secure Referral Intake Form, after your agency is set up as a partner.
Small Homes. Real Supervision.
Consistent Standards.
ULDG Housing operates small (4-8 bed) single-family group homes and small- to medium-sized commercial multifamily properties. Every home provides furnished housing, supervision or scheduled check-ins appropriate to the resident's needs, meals, laundry, and medication management support, delivered by staff who complete FBI/state background screening, CPR/first aid training, and HIPAA training before working with residents. We coordinate directly with your case manager throughout a resident's stay.
